This is a two bedroom, two bath main floor condo with one covered parking space. There have been some recent rennovations, including new tile flooring in the entry, both bathrooms and the kitchen; new wallpaper in the bathrooms and kitchen. There is a large screened porch looking and walking out onto a courtyard; the porch was painted a few years ago (to lighten up a dark porch). The bedrooms are good sized; one with a king-sized bed and the other with twin beds. The kitchen is relatively small and there is a dining area off the kitchen. The living room is huge; enormous really with two areas: one for television watching and one for chatting.
