Our home is located on West Gulf Drive past Rabbit Road so the traffic is at a minimum yet you are only a short bike ride or drive to Bailey's market and other amenities. The area is surrounded by upscale homes and very few condominiums so there is much less congestion than more traveled beach areas on Sanibel. Plus, you are closer to Captiva for those day trips to the Mucky Duck for chowder, shopping and all of the great Captiva restaurants.
