This property is a duplex and each side is available for rent on an annual basis. Please note that rental price is for one side only. Although the photos show furniture, please note that each side of the duplex will be rented unfurnished.

Each side of the duplex has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom is large (queen-size bed and bedroom furniture fits nicely) and has an attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a bit smaller (2 twin beds and bedroom furniter fit nicely). The second bathroom is in the hallway just outside of the the second bedroom and has a tub/shower.
The large living/dining area opens out onto the screened-in lanai which overlooks a canal. The kitchen has everything that you need, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove, oven and refrigerator. The duplex has plenty of closet space throughout.
There is a shared W/D and storage area that is accessible from both sides of the duplex. There is a boat dock that is available for a small additional fee.

Beach access (five houses away), fishing, shelling.
Additional Information:
One-year rental. Pet deposit required, if tenant wishes to bring a small dog or cat.
