Located on Sanibel Island, Florida, Gulf Beach is an intimate 14 unit gulf front building, all with gorgeous direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. Situated on the popular East end of the island, our Sanibel Island Condo rental is a short distance from the Sanibel lighthouse, fishing pier, and many wonderful restaurants and shops. The Gulf Beach condo complex has a heated swimming pool, elevator, and your own reserved under-building parking spot. From the building itself, you'll literally be in the Gulf of Mexico in about a 30 second walk! Sanibel is one of the most unique barrier islands of the world, where you can enjoy everything from the 6,000 acre J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge to its great sandy beaches, voted the best shelling beaches in North America, and some of the best in the world.

Amenities:
Our condo is an elevated first floor unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf. We recently remodeled it with all new 18" tile throughout the entire unit, new granite countertops and maple cabinets in the kitchen and baths, all new stainless steel appliances, new master bath with tiled walk-in shower, new guest bath, 6-panel doors, all new paint, etc.. It looks absolutely gorgeous. It comes furnished with a king bed, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper/sofa. Each of the two bedrooms and the living room has their own TV and DVD/VCR. There is a 35" digital flat tube TV in the living room and a 27" digital flat tube in the master bedroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen, a stocked wine rack, and a washer & dryer right in the condo. As new owners, we are continually updating it with all the amenities one would want on a Sanibel vacation. Our goal is to make it the best rental condo on Sanibel so our guests continue to return and refer others to us. We supply bath towels, hair dryers, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, binoculars, fishing poles and tackle box, and much more... We provide free high speed wireless internet access. You can also enjoy our two free bikes (with helmets) to tour the island's 24 miles of bike trails, read from a large collection of novels, or use our set of clubs to enjoy a round of golf. Bringing children? Our condo rental includes pool and beach toys, kids life vests, boogie boards, dozens of children's DVD/VHS movies, board games, puzzles, and a Sony Play Station with games.
