Our Condo is located on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, on
Sanibel Island, where there are fantanstic sunsets and great beaches.You have a great view from the large screened lanai that opens into both the living room and bedroom. Our condo is newly renovated with all new furniture and appliances and all the comforts of home and only a few short steps from the white sandy beach. Sanibel Island beaches are rated one of the top shelling beaches in the world.

To help you enjoy your vacation we have a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. There are 2 TV's, a DVD player, VCR, Stereo, some family movies to watch, games, and Cd's. The kitchen has everything you would need to make yourself at home, full size fridge, stove, mircowave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all sorts of pots and pans and utensils. Towels, linenes, extra pillows,iron and board all included to make your stay comfy. The washer and dryer are located 2 doors away from the unit.

Sundial Resort has everything you want right there. There are 12 tennis courts, 5 heated pools, jacuzzi spa, beach volleyball, shuffleboard and an award winning childrens program. Also on site there are 3 resturants, poolside bar and grill, deli/sundry store, tennis pro shop and a boutique shop. Sanibel has miles of bike paths and Sundial has bike rentals, sizes for the whole famiy to enjoy.
