The fenced backyard is a private getaway with heated pool and spa surrounded by a paver brick deck, with BBQ grill and lounge chairs; this deck adjoins the game room with ping-pong table, and stored beach chairs and toys. The two car gargage is nearby.
Overlooking the pool, on the main floor of the house (one story up from the pool) is a screened porch / lanai accessible from the pool, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and a Bedroom, with casual seating and outdoor dining. The two-story Living Room includes a large screen TV, DVD player and stereo, and adjoins the formal dining room. Three of the four bedrooms are on this floor, and all have private baths ensuite, and televisions. One of the bedrooms is a second master suite with a king size bed. The other two bedrooms on this floor have two twin beds in each that can be converted to king-size beds. The kitchen includes eat-in space, granite counter tops, stove, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, baking and cooking supplies. There is also a private laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor. The primary Master Bedroom is on the top / third floor, and has a king-size bed, a televison and DVD / VCR player, and a private lanai; the ensuite bath includes a spa tub with television, a two-person shower, and marble countertops. Alluring Captiva is professionally decorated, and both heated and air-conditioned. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms, the Living Room and Kitchen.
