Both our condos are fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including new kitchens, appliances and washer/dryer. Both are completely updated and remodeled, plus we've equipped them extra amenities that you won't find elsewhere such as bikes, beach & pool equipment (chairs, umbrellas, floats, shell nets, sand buckets, beach towels), games, videos, books and lots more. From both our condos, our guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel's shelling beach. The screened lanai is the perfect spot to relax, read a good book, view shorebirds and dolphins, or fall asleep to the hypnotizing sounds of the surf.

Plus 1/2 mile of beach frontage and endless miles of beach for walking, collecting seashells, or savoring a beautiful sunrise or sunset.
