Balance due is requested 30 days prior to your arrival. Note: Travel insurance available as an option. Owner-direct discounted rate does not include $35 booking fee & $45 linen service and 11% tax which is charged to all guests.

How do I pay?
Guests prefer to phone in their credit card to our rental manager, Sanibel Accommodations. Their telephone number is (800) 237-6004. Please do not delay calling in your deposit to them since their computer only holds an unconfirmed reservation 5 days.

Cancellation Policy?
We understand that your plans may change. You will not forfeit your deposit or rent if cancellation is received at least 90 days before arrival. If you cancel within 1 to 90 days of your reservation, there is no refund unless all reserved days are filled with a substitute rental and full rental proceeds are realized. For example, if you made a reservation on January 1, 2007 for a vacation July 4, 2007, you had until April 4, 2007 to cancel without penalty. If you cancelled after April 4, 2007 your refund will depend if another guest is found to replace your reservation.

What is the view from your unit?
We have a Gulf view on the third floor, with a fully screened in balcony. From either the living room or master bedroom you see palm trees, nature pond, beach and the Gulf. Our building is about 120 yards from the beach along a grassy path. There is an elevator for you and your luggage and a folding grocery cart for your use.

What should I bring?
We supply a completely outfitted kitchen to make and serve everything from a snack to a complete dinner if you choose. You will find beds made, bath towels neatly folded, and the unit thoroughly cleaned when you arrive. Please bring your own beach towels. There is a washer and dryer in our unit for your clothes, and we supply enough laundry soap to wash several loads.

Sanibel Accommodations is just a mile away if you have any questions. Since we cannot carry over food between guests, you may care to bring a little tinfoil, plastic wrap, salt/pepper, coffee, spices and other easy to carry disposables with you. There are two upscale grocery stores, a liquor store and a pharmacy within a half mile for anything you need or forget.
