Other arrangements can be made for longer or off-season visitors. Please check http://www.4sanibel.com/rates.html for all current rates and sales. The 11% Florida bed tax required of all visitors who stay less than six months must be added to the prices below. Rates are higher for the home (#3)directly across from the beach and for the 5 bedroom/3 bath home located two houses from the beach. September is the month with the lowest rates. The City of Sanibel requires all private home rentals to be for a minimum of 28 days (4 weeks). If you wish to rent for less than this, we recommend either a Sanibel condominium which generally rent by the week or a home on Captiva. We may be able to refer you to for another rentals, but during busy times I just don't have the time to answer all the email requests for visits of a week or so. Please accept my apologies in advance if you don't receive a response, but I just can't keep up anymore!
