All rates are plus 11% tax, 30% deposit to secure reservation, payment in full due sixty days before check-in. For 2010-2011 season, December 18, 2010 - April 17, 2011, 10% discount for two-month rental, 15% discount for three-month or longer rental. Pets are welcome, for which there is a charge to cover additional cleaning to eliminate allergens.
