This is a 1200 sq. foot penthouse, 11th floor, 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo with a huge 256 sq. ft.
balcony ! The master has a queen bed, ensuite bathroom with skylight, shower and tub. The second
bedroom has 2 single beds and it's own bathroom and shower. There are sliding glass doors onto the
Gulf of Mexico from both the master bedroom and the living room.
High speed wireless internet is available for $ 50.00 additional. There is a pool which is heated to
86 degrees and a hot tub heated to 104 degrees. You will have reserved and covered parking 3 parking
spots from the entrance. This is a secured building with 2 elevators.
Available now - Best months to visit.... Sunrise and sunset views from the tallest building on
Little Hickory Island. Beautiful Gulf of Mexico views from one of the highest and largest private
balconies on Bonita Beach. Lovely sunrise views over Estero Bay. Walk to Doc's Restaurant for a meal
on the beach a mile away. Watercraft available nearby for rental. Lover's Key National Park 2 miles
north and Barefoot Beach is a walk down the beach south. Total getaway with a view that says it all.
