The separate dining room provides an elegant seating and serving area for 8 guests.

The carpeted master bedroom suite contains a king-size bed, 37" flat screen cable TV, blu-ray DVD player, iHome entertainment center, walk-in closet and sliding glass door to the screened porch. The beautifully appointed tiled master bath has a whirlpool soaking tub, dual shower heads in the oversized walk-in shower as well as separate vanity sinks.

The two additional carpeted guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed, full bathroom (one with a tub, one with a walk-in shower), 32" flat-screen TV, iHome entertainment center and ceiling fan. There is also a queen size air bed and sofa sleeping available.

The separate laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and utility sink.

The two-car garage contains bicycles, beach equipment and additional access to the pool area with steps to the upstairs living area of the home.

There are no pets allowed and smoking is NOT permitted in the home.

The owner will provide a propane credit of $500 to heat the pool, hot tub and gas fireplace. If tenant exceeds that amount, tenant will be responsible to pay for the excess propane usage.
