Three bedrooms and a den provide plenty of private sleeping space. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a brand new tiled private bath. The second guest bedroom has a queen and the third has two twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share another brand new tiled bath in the hall. The private den at the other end of the house has a queen sleeper with it's own new tiled bath. All bedrooms and den have cable Sony TVs.

The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped with all utensils, cookware, table service and new appliances, and of course a Margarita blender! Dining choices include a formal dining room off the kitchen with glass sliders overlooking the pool. The covered deck next to the pool also has a dining table and is fully furnished, or you may wish to dine under the real palm frond tiki umbrella table by the pool. A Weber gas grill is poolside for grilling local seafood or just a "cheeseburger in paradise"!

Extra amenities include full size washer and dryer, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each room, fax machine, voice mail, local dial-up Internet connections, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, full linens in the house. Complimentary 7-speed men's and ladies' aluminum bicycles are for your use. Our bike supplier will also deliver additional rental adult bikes, child's trailers for infants, or trail-a-bikes for attachment to our bikes if your children are too young to ride solo.
